Paul S. Feig" (b. September 17 1962, Royal Oak, Michigan) is an American director, actor and author. He is best known for creating the short-lived cult NBC television series "Freaks and Geeks" (1999-2000), a semi-autobiographical comedy-drama set in a Michigan high school in 1980-1981, and for playing Mr. Eugene Poole during the first season of the sitcom "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch". He also directed the 2006 antic family comedy "Unaccompanied Minors" and the 2003 film "I Am David".
